Where Should National Funds Be Allocated?

We're beginning to invest in farmers that are moving us in a better direction. Rodale Institute's Jeff Tkach believes that Congress' recently allocated $8B to Regenerative Agriculture practices would best be served to diversify our supply chain. The U.S. is an agricultural-dominant country, yet we import our crops.
